INFORMATION ABOUT REGISTRATION OPTIONS
Choose the options that best suit your needs by selecting from the choices available in each section.
Base participation fee for the [session 1] "FOUNDATION": €400.00 until January 15, then 450,00€ from January 16.
ACCOMMODATION AT THE CENTRE "LA COSTETTE" (3 to 4 people per room)
Accommodation at the Costette Center will be from Sunday, February 15 to Saturday mornig, February 21, i.e., 6 nights.
Each room includes a bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet. Soap, shampoo, towels, and other personal hygiene products are not provided.
MEALS
For meals, you will be on full board from Monday to Thursday (4 meals), plus a dinner on Sunday, February 15, and a breakfast on Saturday, February 21. On Friday evening, February 20, no meal will be served at La Costette, as we traditionally end the session with a dinner out at a restaurant.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
If you follow a special diet, la Costette can offer pork-free, meat-free, and vegetarian menus. Dietary requirements such as gluten-free, lactose-free, or other specific diets will not be accommodated by La Costette.

Only the EFILM session is to be paid to Machol Danser la Vie.
You will need to pay for the room reservation and meals directly to the holiday center “La Costette”.

If you do not wish to stay at the “La Costette” center, you can look for Airbnb accommodation in the surrounding area of La Costette (Mazet Saint-Voy).
If you are not staying or eating at La Costette, you will have the possibility to heat up store-bought meals in the microwaves located in the rooms adjacent to the dining hall at lunchtime (cooking will not be possible).

SHUTTLES
On Sunday, February 15, if you are arriving by plane and/or train, shuttles will depart from the Saint-Étienne train station, “Saint-Étienne Châteaucreux,” to the holiday center “La Costette” in Mazet Saint Voy (1-hour journey).

Sunday 15th, the last shuttle will depart from Saint-Étienne Châteaucreux train station at 6:00 PM.
Saturday 21th, the first shuttle will leave at 08:30 AM from "La Costette" to "Saint-Etienne Châteaucreux
Count one hour of driving in each direction.

REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
You must accept the rules of the proposed payment terms.
You agree to pay the installments of your registration up to its balance within the deadlines set on February 6, 2026
for a payment in 2 parts.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION:
IMPORTANT: These cancellation conditions will take effect if no valid reason (illness, accident or death attested by a doctor) is provided by the applicant. In case of valid reason a 10% deduction will be made for administrative costs.
