ACCOMODATION & MEALS

1) Full-board accommodation

• Overnight stays: from Monday to Friday morning, i.e. 4 nights

• Breakfasts: from Tuesday to Friday, i.e. 4 breakfasts

Lunches: from Monday to Friday, i.e. 5 meals

Dinners: from Monday to Thursday, i.e. 4 dinners

2) Lunches only (midday meals) without accommodation

  • Lunches: from Monday to Friday, i.e. 5 meals

Info:

  • 3 to 4 people per room.
  • Each room includes a bathroom (sink, shower, and toilet).
  • Bed sheets, pillowcases, and blankets are provided. Soap, shampoo, towels, and other personal hygiene products are not provided.
  • If you follow a specific diet, please mention it when booking your accommodation and meals.

MEANS OF TRANSPORT USED

Unlike previous sessions, we are unfortunately no longer able to provide multiple round-trip shuttles between Saint-Étienne and the “La Costette” center in Le Mazet-Saint-Voy.

However, we have reserved a minibus with driver for the amount of €27.00 per trip and per person.

Only one outbound trip and one return trip will be provided, with a maximum of 20 people per trip.


  • Monday 27, the shuttle will depart from Saint-Étienne Châteaucreux train station at 10:00 AM. to the "La Costette" center (1-hour journey).
  • Friday 31, the shuttle will leave at 2:00 PM from "La Costette" to "Saint-Etienne Châteaucreux" train station (1-hour journey).


Please note :

One piece of luggage limited to 20 kg per person.

REGISTRATION CONDITIONS

You must accept the rules of the proposed payment terms.

You agree to pay the installments of your registration up to its balance within the deadlines set on July 15, 2026

for a payment in 2 parts.


IN CASE OF CANCELLATION:

  • 30 days before the start of the school - withholding 25% of the total amount of your registration.
  • From 29 to 15 days before the start of the school - withholding 50% of the total amount of your registration.
  • From 14 to 01 days before the start of school - withholding 75% of the total amount of your registration.
  • From 0 days and after starting school - withholding 100% of the total amount of your registration.


IMPORTANT: These cancellation conditions will take effect if no valid reason (illness, accident or death attested by a doctor) is provided by the applicant. In case of valid reason a 10% deduction will be made for administrative costs.
